She is survived by : her husband Donald Anez; her sons, David Lee Worden (Nancy) and Christopher Charles Worden (Sherry Elderkin); her grandchildren, Matthew Worden, Rachel Worden, Brooke Worden and Linsey Worden; and her siblings, Debbie DeForest, Jessica DeForest and John DeForest. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
