He was predeceased by: his parents, George Clark and Anna Clark (Mervyn); his wife Mary Groh; his granddaughter Samantha Anne Witte; his siblings, George Clark (Virginia), Randall Clark (Judy), Bill Clark, Loren Clark (Doris), Elaine LaBerge (Paul) and Harold Clark; and his siblings-in-law, Janet Clark and Raymond Humphrey.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Clark (Sondra), Kayleen Ballard (Stuart) and Kendall Clark (Kim Walters-Clark); his grandchildren, Adrianna Maxim (Shane), Erin Clark, Linda Carr, Jakob Elizardo, Darcie Elizardo, Annabelle Walters, Brandon Ballard (Kearsten) and Chad Ballard; his great grandchildren, McKinlee Maxim, Bryce Carr, Natalie Maxim and Emmie Ballard; and his siblings, John Clark, Emma Minhinnick (Jim) and Joyce Humphrey.
