She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Zuchnik and Rose Zuchnik (Ogon); her husband Frank Fedak; her granddaughter Natalie Fedak; her great grandchild Grey Elizabeth Vannest; her daughters-in-law, Sandy Fedak and Sally Fedak; and her siblings, Helen Zuchink, Jenny Jezewski, Mary Krysiak, Edward, William, John, Chester, Stanley and Henry Zuchink.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Fedak and Thomas Fedak (Kathy); and her sister Anna Banazak. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren.
On Thursday, friends and family are welcome to the church for Mass, their will be no viewing at church prior to mass due to Covid-19, we ask that individuals follow the guidelines with wearing a mask and social distancing.
