He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Centala and Eleanor Centala; and his siblings, Florence McEachern, Charles and Robert McEachern.

He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Noel Centala of Conway, SC, Amanda Bourdon (Gregg) of Howell, MI and Dawn Correia (David) of Seaside, CA; his grandchildren, Christian, Noella, Megan, Sarah, Isabel, Ariel, Michel and Ashley; and his siblings, Thomas Centala (Patti), Donald McEachern (Dorothy), James McEachern (Camille), Clara Murphy and Karen Orlik.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Cancer Society.
