He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Chester and Gladys Mary Kozielski (Urban); and his siblings, Frank, Richard Kozielski and Sandy Kozielski.
He is survived by: his sons, Scott Kozielski (Bethany), Derek Kozielski (Tracy) and Todd "Jack" Kozielski (Denise); and his grandchildren, Jack, Olivia, Cole, Hunter, Madyson, Saylor, Justin and Brandon.
