He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Belman and Erma Belman (Hancock); and his sister Dorothy Terrill. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Toth; his children, Todd Belman (Tammy) of Wauseon, OH, Tereasa Marshall of Brooklyn, MI, Larry Howard (Bonnie) of Mosherville and Mike Howard (Nicole) of Mosherville; and his brother Bob Belman (Gail) of Addison.
