He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Foster and Elizabeth Foster (Dunn); his wife Donna Falor (Seeley); his son Allan Foster; his stepson Bruce Falor; his siblings, Paul Foster, Tom Foster, Betty Leet, Lucille Hoffman, Marilyn Foster, Dorothy Ketchum and Pat Jeffrey; and his close friend Jim Vandefifer.
He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth Foster (Susan) and Steven Foster; his stepsons, Brian Falor (Trish), Barry Falor and Brent Falor (Tammy); his daughter-in-law Patsy Falor; his siblings, Donna Wier (Jim), Ron Foster and Don Foster; his grandchildren, Valerie Filiberto (Chris), Mary Elaine Roush (Bobby), Allyson Foster and David Foster (Jillian); his stepgrandchildren, Ryan Falor (Mary), Parker Falor, Bruce Falor, Shayne Falor, Patrick Falor, Johnathon Falor, Brandon Falor (Mandy Dundas), Bryant Falor, Leah Reynolds, Michael Falor and Brett Falor; and his close friend Ovie Pinks. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren; 12 step great grandchildren; 37 nieces and nephews.
