She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Helen Grajek and Florian Grajek (Bill); her husband Eugene Schafranek; her daughters, Elizabeth Gersch (Trevor), Mary Vaughn and Kathy McCarel (Christopher); her grandchildren, William Gersch, Davis and Madison McCarel; her sister Camille Mulcahy; her cousin Adrienne Allard; and her brother John Grajek.
