He was predeceased by: his spouse Dorothy; and his child Jeffrey Paul. He is survived by: his children, David (Andrea) and Jerry; and his grandchildren, Kelly Collicott (Sean) and Matthew Kovach.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Angela Hospice or the Monroe County Humane Society.
