He is survived by : his parents, Tom Fischer and June Fischer (Badgley) of Port Austin; his siblings, Doreen Rice (Kevin) of Filion, Tom Fischer Jr. (Sherry) of Kinde, Don Fischer (Beth) of Kinde, Tracy Fischer of Port Austin and David Fischer (Janelle) of Sebewaing; his nieces and nephews, Kayla Pionk (Jason), Rhonda Cook (Jason), Jessica Fanion (Brandon), Kevin Rice (Mandy), Thomas Fischer (Amanda), Abigail Fischer, Brianna Fischer, Margaret Fischer, Jack Fischer and Blake Fisher; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sam, Claire Pionk, Brady Rice, Raelynn, TJ Fanion, Bruce, Grayson Cook, Amelia, Kelsen Rice and Lana Fischer; and his godparents, Ed Ventline and Rhonda Marciszewski.
