She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Abou-Taan and Najla Abou-Taan; her husband Charles C. Ganim; and her siblings, John, George, Elie, Mona, Josephine and Isabelle.
She is survived by: her children, Helen Dickey (Dennis) and Sol Ganim; her grandchildren, Daniel Ganim (Christina) and Mary Dickey; her great grandchild Aurora Ganim; and her sisters, Lily Daoud, Marguerite Said and Feriale Hage. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 9:00 AM. A rosary was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home (1720 Elk St, Port Huron, MI 48060). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (1505 Ballentine St, Port Huron, MI 48060).
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
