She was loved and cherished by many people including : her grandmother Helen Marlene Lewandowski; her parents, Leo Anthony and Elizabeth Anthony; her children, Angela Lewandowski, Missy Wiczorek (Wayne) and Mark Lewandowski (Jennifer); her adoptive children, Brian Zeroes (Gina) and Angela Riddell (Scott); her grandchildren, Ashley Surline (Chris), Alexandra Wiczorek, Kaitlyn, Aiden Lewandowski, Skylar Lewandowski, Adriana, Donovan and D'mitri Zeroes; her great grandchildren, Eli Wargo and Weston Surline; her brothers, Leo Anthony Jr. and Norm Forstner (Pat); her nephews, Billy Navarre, Leo Anthony III and Ron Forstner; and her pet Gracie. She was also cherished by many other nieces, nephews and cousins; former spouse and father.
