She was predeceased by : her son Steven Paul Sackett (Philip Mendham); and her parents, Giovanni Pacillo and Rosina Pacillo. She is survived by : her children, Sandra Bolhuis (Jerry) and Jeffrey Sackett (Susan); and her daughter-in-law Yvonne Sackett. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
