It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Delores Gross of Portland, Michigan, who passed away on November 11, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lehman and Sue Lehman (Don); her brother Gordon Lehman; her siblings-in-law, William Schrauben, Thomas Zimmerman, Stanley Gross (Jane) and Annie Schrauben (Wayne); her grandson Joshua M. Heminger; and her parents-in-law, Arnold and Martha Gross.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Heminger, Robert Gross (Stacy), Elizabeth Gross, Thomas Gross (Robin), Craig Gross and Scott Gross (Rachel); her sister Patricia Ann Ollar; and her in-laws, Marie Schrauben, Rita Snitgen (Steve), Alice Zimmerman, Mary Beckhold (Rocky) and Gary Gross (Carolle). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
A rosary was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the Lehman Funeral Homes (210 E Bridge St, Portland, MI 48875). Visitation was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (520 W Grand River Ave, Portland, MI 48875). A committal service was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Portland Cemetery (950 E Bridge St, Portland, MI 48875).
