He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Cicalo and Coleen Cicalo (Brawley); and his siblings, Steven Cicalo, Charlene Cicalo and Colleen Cicalo.

He is survived by : his wife Debra Cicalo; his children, Arthur Cicalo III (Christopher) and Charlene Muddiman (Norman); his grandchildren, Adam Muddiman and Phoenix Muddiman; and his brothers, Arthur Cicalo (Marjorie), James Cicalo (Kimberly) and Frank Cicalo (Brandi). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions can be made to the family for future designation.
