With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Evelyn Chapman (Quincy, Michigan), born in Forest Hills, Kentucky, who passed away on February 11, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy G. Chapman and Minda Chapman (Owens); her husband Thomas Alex Justice; her children, Thomas Justice and Deanna Lynn Webster; and her siblings, Opal Wellman and Clarence Chapman.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Sue Montgomery, John Justice (Christina), James Irvin Justice and Gary Michael Justice; and her siblings, Mabel Otto, Louise Kimble, Garland Chapman, James Chapman and Hassel Chapman.
