She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Paul, Sandy Kotowsky and Wayne Conner; her aunt Shannon Kotowsky; her cousins, Kenneth Keller and Cassandra Stapleton; and her nephew Lincoln Paul Kotowsky.
She is survived by : her parents, Christopher Kotowsky and Christy Kotowsky (Conner); her brothers, Kurtis Kotowsky (Hannah) and James Kotowsky (Cami); her grandmother Christie Conner; her nephew Levi; her nieces, Lena and Amilia; and her pet Apollo. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, many cousins.
