She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Doherty and Sylvia Doherty; her husband Casey Sluck; her daughter Dawn Scott; and her siblings, Joseph, Patricia and Donna.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Alaina, Adam, Hailie of Stevie, P. J. and Parker; and her daughter Kim Mathers. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
