She was predeceased by : her parents, Lawrence Burlew and Adaline Burlew (Southworth); her siblings, Valaria Macey (Allen) of Reading, Raymond Burlew (Ira) of Reading and Daniel Burlew of Tuscan, AZ.; and her daughter Donna Macey.
She is survived by : her spouse Charlie Alspaugh; and her children, Louella Adams of Reading and Charlie E. Alspaugh (Judy) of Reading. She is also survived by six grandchildren; many great grandchildren and one great-great grandchildren.
