Elva Hare Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elva Hare of Reed City, Michigan, who passed away on August 7, 2025 at the age of 100. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elva Hare to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Arthur and Axie Olga Fralick (Holmes); her husband Gilbert L. Hare; and her siblings, John "Lyle" Fralick, Jr., Edith Roggow, Bernard Fralick and Beverly Tanner.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Hare of Chase, Gilbert Hare, Jr. (Joann) of LeRoy, Douglas Hare of Chase, Deborah Rolston (Ron) of Reed City and Holly Gerber (Terry) of Reed City. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Chase United Methodist Church or to Hospice of Michigan.
