He was predeceased by: his significant other Mildred Joy Coppernoll. He is survived by: his son John Forsberg (Morgan Jarema) of Lowell; and his stepdaughter Peggy Shinn of Traverse City. He is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Augustana Lutheran Church.
