He was predeceased by : his wife Sandra; his parents, Leslie Lowman and Georgia Lowman (Falls); and his siblings, Glenna Weston and Larry Brown.
He is survived by : his daughters, Lisa Lowman and Erin Lowman; his grandchildren, Kody, Dartagnan "Dar", Richard, Christopher and Gabrealla; his sisters, Melody McDaniel, Cindy Cusano (Paul) and Dawn Arcand (Keith); and his close friend Terri Ongly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
