He was predeceased by: his son Mark M. Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Lindley Johnson (Jacalyn) of Spread Eagle, WI, Kimberly Vassar (Dennis) of Commonwealth, WI and Kelly Stenson of Atlanta, GA; and his grandchildren, Mary, Krissy, Denny, Parker and Rutledge.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Friends Fellowship Community, 2030 Chester Blvd. Richmond, IN 47374.
