We are sad to announce that on October 5, 2018, at the age of 66, Jack Douglas (River Rouge, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his siblings, Dennis Dzwigalski (Faith), Peter Dzwigalski, Christopher Dzwigalski (Nicha), Deborah Wright (Stef) and Karen Beno; his uncle Rich; his cousins, Kathy, Ceil, Tim and Gail (Holly); and his sister Debi. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
