He was predeceased by : his spouse Marie. He is survived by : his children, David Brandt (Meredith) and Danica Maier (Keith); his siblings, Joyce Schultz, Dennis Brandt (Kathy) and Russell Brandt; and his grandchildren, Giuliana, Angelina, Adriana, Madeline and William.
