He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Wright and Lillian Wright (McCracken); his great grandchild Maddox; and his siblings, Alice, Francis, Robert and Clifford.
He is survived by: his wife Flora Martin; his children, Sherry Irwin (Mike) of Vestaburg, Pamela Near (Jason) of Alma and Samuel Wright of Riverdale; his grandchildren, Micheal, Natasha, Krista, Jordan, Jerycho, Takyla, Tyler, Hunter, Kyle and Lily; his great grandchildren, Aurora, Scarlett, Arcas, Max, Violet, Johnathan, Benny, Waylon and Sophia; and his siblings, Mary, Allen, Tim and Buck. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
