She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Turner and Lettie Turner; her daughter Terri Redmond; her siblings, Betty Threlkeld, Barbara Metoyer, Carole Peet, Johnnie Turner and Charles Turner; and her grandchildren, Judah and Patricia.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia, Andre (Gail), Bryan (Tuesday), David and Sidra; and her siblings, Marcus Turner, Annette Leonard of Pontiac, Michigan and Sandra Turner of Pontiac, Michigan. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
