He is survived by: the mother of his children Marilyn Minnick; his sons, Ron Jr. (Melissa) of Rapid River and James (Miranda) of Hart; his grandchildren, Jacie, Ruby, Gunner, Tillie, Judah, Estella and Lucy; and his siblings, Bob, Jim, Marian (Al Cauchi) and Jayne Wozniak (Matt). He is also survived by the good friends he found in his in-laws, and many beloved nieces and nephews.
