She was predeceased by: her spouse Lee McCotter; and her siblings, Jack Palmer, William Palmer, Irl "Red" Palmer, Jr., Mary Rowley and Homer Palmer.

She is survived by: her children, Catherine Pouls (James), Carol Rebresh (Gordon), Connie Parzych (Charles) and Richard McCotter (Krystal); and her friend Charlotte Ferrier Palmer.
