He was predeceased by: his son Alan Church; and his siblings, Ivan Church, Manley Church, Jean Converse and Phyllis Faulker.

He is survived by: his wife Lois; his children, Victor Church (Terri), Lynn Church-Coons and Tonya Church-Smith; his stepchildren, Amy King and Laura Skubal (James); his grandchildren, Cody, Danielle and Robbie; and his parents, Merle Church and Matie Church (Hickmott).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family at Pixley Funeral Home.
