He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Wegener and Lila Wegener (Mosher); his daughter Yvonne Marie Gage; his grandson Nicholas Paul Szymanski; and his brother Dale Wegener.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen (Malone); his children, Michelle Miller (Mike), Paul Wegener (Sandy), Vicky Wegener, Steve Wegener (Jenny) and Mike Wegener (Melinda); his brother Kim Paul Wegener (Bev); and his sisters-in-law, Darlene Wegener and Frankye LeMay. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Peter's Lutheran Church general fund.
