She was predeceased by : her parents, Delbert Scherf and Mary Margaret Scherf (Scribner); her son-in-law Robert Sassan; her brother-in-law Mike Moreau; and her half-siblings, Rose, Barb Scherf and Delbert Scherf.
She is survived by : her daughters, Cheriann Sassan, Cassie Brough (Mark) and Shanda Marie Maino (Robert Bucko); her grandchildren, Nicole Maino, Marisa Maino, Heather Higgins (Josh), Jennifer Brough and Michael Brough; her siblings, Richard Scherf (Rebecca), Eddie Scherf (Chris), Ted Scherf (Anastasia), Roger Scherf (Linda) and Shelly Scherf Moreau; and her close friend Bruce Benoit, Sr.. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
