He is survived by: his parents, Sue Schmiedicke and Donald Kloostra I; his spouse Erin; his stepson Tristen Flory; and his siblings, Donald Kloostra II (Brynn), Sonya Dody (Lance), Jason Kloostra (Casey) and Cody Kloostra. He is also survived by his parents, wife, two daughters.
