With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Luella Marie VanEck of Rockford, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 22, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Luella Marie may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Luella Marie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Olin Elmer and Betty Marie Corwin (Haines); and her sister Joyce Elaine Corwin. She is survived by: her children, James Olin Hill, Tina Marie Cole (Hill) and Donald Arthur VanEck. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
