He is survived by : his wife Judy Metzger; his children, Therese Morgan (Michael) and Scott Swearengin (Jessica); his grandchildren, Michael Morgan Jr., Nathaniel Morgan, Brayden Swearengin and Jenna Swearengin; his mother-in-law Barbara Metzger; and his stepsister Judy Irwin (Michael).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Beacon Hospice or donor's choice.
