She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Pratt and Margaret Pratt (Hook); and her siblings, Gerald Pratt and Diane Robinson. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Craig Kowalske; her children, Tammy Schultz (Tim), Todd Kowalske (Michelle) and Daniel Kowalske II; her grandchildren, Erica, Bryan (Cassandra), Lauren, Gavin and Lawson; her great grandchildren, Carter, Noah, Eliani and Benecio; and her sister Janice Schulter (Lonnie York). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Memorial donations are suggested to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
