He was predeceased by: his parents, William Burbo and Geneva Burbo (Manzer); and his siblings, Joan, Raymond, Milton, Roma, Helen, Linda and Sherry.

He is survived by: his wife Maureen Bastien; his children, Mark Burbo (Norma), Charles Burbo (Christine) and Amy Gardner (Jon); and his sisters, Janet Stephens and Carol Tilley.
