She was predeceased by : her parents, Lee Hackett and Dorothy Hackett (Niswonger); her siblings, Dan Hackett and Linda VanBuskirk (Carr); and her grandson Isaiah Corke.

She is survived by : her husband Stan Warner; her children, Troy Lee (Cindy), Brian Warner (Kellie) and Janelle Warner (Michael Corke); her grandchildren, Nick Warner, Sam Warner, Brandon Brownell, Nathan Lee, James Warner (Baer), Emily Warner, Alex Warner, Shane Warner and Malika Posey; her great grandchild Camden Warner; and her siblings, Kathy Burroughs (Gary), Patrick Hackett and Gary Hackett.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Fountain of Love.
