It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Duynslager (Rosebush, Michigan), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on May 24, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Duynslager and Mary Duynslager (Baach). He is survived by : his wife Kathy Blackburn; his children, Richard Duynslager (Shannon) of Weidman and Ryan Duynslager (Abby) of Midland; his grandchildren, Trenten Armstrong of Richard Duynslager, III, Roman Duynslager, Amelia Duynslager and Reid Duynslager; and his siblings, William Duynslager (Jane) of North Port, FL, Gretchen Duynslager of St. Clair, Lydia Fletcher (Jack) of East China, Anna King (William) of Prudenville and Anita Pelker (Marty) of Dearborn.
In lieu of flowers, plants or trees will be gratefully accepted to be placed around his properties for all to enjoy. Memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church in Clare and the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
