She is survived by : her husband Vick Evan Eubank; her children, Kathleen Reinke (Frederick A. Jr.), Lorie M. Evola and Thomas J. VanDerHeyden; her son-in-law Scott A. Just; her siblings, John Zube (Joyce) and Kathleen Devlin (Jerry); her grandchildren, Douglas, Tayrn Evola, Ashley, Frederick, Gabrielle, Kristen (Jacob), Sabrena (Joshua), Anthony Dylan (Joshua), Jonathan, Mya and Nathan; and her great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Kaylyn, Kevin and Olivia. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
