He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Saliga Jr. and Bernice Kosmowski. He is survived by : his wife Leslie; his siblings, Joseph Saliga (Lisa), Jeffrey Saliga (Linda Werenski), Michelle Saliga and Donna Adkins; and his nieces and nephews, Jeffrey Dwyer, Joslyn Dwyer, Olivia Smith (Christopher), Jarred Dwyer, Jerricka Dwyer and Alexandria Adkins. He is also survived by nine great nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Walter Scott Skupny Funeral Home & Cremation Services (28605 Gratiot Ave, Roseville, MI 48066). A rosary was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. The lying in state was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Faustina Parish (14025 Twelve Mile Rd, Warren, MI 48088). A Mass was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at the Resurrection Cemetery (18201 Clinton River Rd, Clinton Twp, MI 48038).
