Kenneth George McAlpine Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth George McAlpine (Royal Oak, Michigan), who passed away on March 1, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his former life partner Donna Jean Dyer; his son Peter; and his grandchild Dana Jane. He is survived by : his wife Mary Jo; his children, John, Nancy Carano (Jim), Laura, Matt, Christine Thurston (Wayne), Donald, Andy (Karen), Mary Klumpp (Mike) and Kate (Bill Kressner); his siblings, Violet Lohaus (Larry) and Douglas K. McAlpine; and his sons, Vasu and Rodgers. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ken's name to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital and CurePSP.org (the disease that took Donna's life).
