He is survived by : his wife Margaret; his children, Matthew Kauffman, Mary Margaret Kauffman and Mark Kauffman; his grandson Brendan; his brother Paul Kauffman (Mary Ann); and his siblings-in-law, Thomas LaBelle and James LaBelle (Barbara). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
