She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Lerche and Lola Lerche (Marshall); her sister Lola Nicks; and her grandson Brian Hoard. She is survived by: her husband John Specht; her daughter Melody (Kyle Sutton); her grandchildren, Iris and MacKenzie; her daughter Paula Crouch; her grandchildren, Kelly Hoard and Alex Crouch; her son Bill Thompson; her siblings, Doreen, Sterling Huffman, Dale and Betty Lewis; and her siblings' children, Amy (Andy Pringle) and Eugene Nicks. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
