He was predeceased by: his parents, Diane Premo (Matuzak) and Edward Premo; his son Corey Andrew Premo; and his grandparents, Thelma (Bass) and Vincent Matuzak.

He is survived by: his wife Michele Bedore; his children, Dr. Megan (Matthew), Danielle Premo and Caleb Premo; his brothers, Brian Premo (Renae), Donald Premo (Suzette) and Jason Premo (Andrea); his sister-in-law Elizabeth Bedore; and his nephew Luke Premo. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends including his godson.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family's wishes.
