It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kandis Anne Burns of Saginaw, Michigan, who passed away on January 5, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank T. Leach and Nina M. Leach (Hickling); and her husband William C. Burns Sr.. She is survived by : her children, Cindy Ann Chisholm (Lawrence Edwin) of Saginaw, William Carl Burns Jr. (Kimberly Kay) of Saginaw and Kristin Lynn Burns of Saginaw; her grandchildren, Nicholas Patrick Burns and Devyn Kaelyn Burns of Saginaw; and her siblings, Janice Azimi (Reza) of LeLand, NC and David Leach (Rose) of Flushing, MI..

Visitation was held on Sunday, January 17th 2021 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, January 18th 2021 at 10:00 AM at the W. L. Case & Company Funeral Directors - MacKinaw (4480 Mackinaw Rd, Saginaw, MI 48603). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 18th 2021 at 11:00 AM at the W. L. Case & Company Funeral Chapel (4480 Mackinaw Rd, Saginaw, MI 48603). In accordance with the Michigan Department Health and Human Services ordinance, indoor capacity is limited to 25 people, masks are required, and social distancing is encouraged.
