She was predeceased by : her father Samuel Fulmer; her grandparents, Peter, Barbara Hasenfratz, Dorthey Cottrell and Gerald Fulmer; her aunt Sue; and her uncle Tony Perriello (Dennis LaPan).
She is survived by : her mother Marie Fulmer of Saginaw, MI; her son Joseph LaPan (Jennifer); her granddaughter Kylee LaPan of San Diego, CA; and her siblings, Russell Fulmer (Suzanne) of Brighton, MI, Richard Fulmer (Susan) of St. Charles, MI, Marshall Fulmer (Susan) of Saginaw, MI, Jerry Fulmer of Frankenmuth, MI and Rose Schoonmaker (James) of Ten Mile, TN. She is also survived by loving in-laws, nieces and nephews, cousins, and longtime friends.
In accordance with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services ordinance, the limitation of number gathered, mask wearing and social distancing will be observed.
