It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kathy A. Lapan (Saginaw, Michigan), who passed away on February 22, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Samuel Fulmer; her grandparents, Peter, Barbara Hasenfratz, Dorthey Cottrell and Gerald Fulmer; her aunt Sue; and her uncle Tony Perriello (Dennis LaPan).

She is survived by : her mother Marie Fulmer of Saginaw, MI; her son Joseph LaPan (Jennifer); her granddaughter Kylee LaPan of San Diego, CA; and her siblings, Russell Fulmer (Suzanne) of Brighton, MI, Richard Fulmer (Susan) of St. Charles, MI, Marshall Fulmer (Susan) of Saginaw, MI, Jerry Fulmer of Frankenmuth, MI and Rose Schoonmaker (James) of Ten Mile, TN. She is also survived by loving in-laws, nieces and nephews, cousins, and longtime friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, February 26th 2021 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church (5376 State St, Saginaw, MI 48603). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 26th 2021 at 11:30 AM at the same location. In accordance with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services ordinance, the limitation of number gathered, mask wearing and social distancing will be observed.

In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Care Team Hospice.
