He was predeceased by: his father Castulo Medina; his wife Donna Gross; his son Phillip; his daughter-in-law Tammy Guerrero; and his siblings, Ernie Medina, Margie Medina, Mary Medina, Angie Medina and Leo Medina.
He is survived by: his children, Dorothy Ross (Robert Nugent), Sophia Gonzalez (Gilbert) and Pablo Medina Garcia (Esmeralda); his grandchildren, Mackinley, Teagan, Makaelyn, Natalie, Connor, Juanita Hernandez, Jessica LaVae Bradburn, Jasmine Hargis, Alec Guerrero, Phillip Guererro Jr. and Phylicia Guerrero; his great grandchildren, Druid, Valkryie and Alex Hernandez, Jr.; his siblings, Casper Medina, Olga Hozeska and Victor Medina; his godson Chris "Tooter" Hozeska (Monica); and his pet Khaleesi. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members, friends.
