He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Law and Frances Barr (Marino). He is survived by: his fiancée Diana Meyers; his children, Thomas Barr Jr. and Anthony Barr Sr.; his stepchildren, Todd Meyers (Wendy) and Tracee Gillespie (Tony); and his siblings, Betty Card (Alex), Nina Steep (Jim) and Angelo Barr (Margaret). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren.
In keeping with mandated ordinances and for the safety of the community, face masks are required, social distancing, and gathering guidelines will be observed.
