He was predeceased by: his wife Debbie. He is survived by: his children, Ronald (Callie), Kristan Cheers and Anthony; his mother-in-law Mary Cischke; his siblings, Stanley, Edward, David and Cindy Phair (Greg); and his godmother Violet Schultz.
